Prepare the meeting
Send the company name, attendee names, event name, preferred date and time, topic of interest, and any sample or technical brief you plan to bring. AGAMA will confirm whether the requested time and scope can be accommodated.
Samples and confidentiality
If you bring physical samples, color standards, or project details, identify what can be discussed openly and what requires a private follow-up. Confidential formulations should only be shared under the appropriate agreement.
