What is it?

Additive formulated with a blend of high-purity waxes and stearates, designed to act as internal and external lubricant in polymer processing.

Main Functions

  • It reduces friction between the resin and processing equipment.
  • It improves material flow, even in compounds with pigments or mineral fillers.
  • It facilitates the release of molded parts.
  • It optimizes the final surface finish of plastic parts.

Warning

Do not use in rigid or flexible PVC compounds, as it may cause chlorine atoms to detach from the polymer, affecting its stability and properties.

Recommended Dosage

  • Initial dosage: between 0.2% and 8.0% (2 to 8 grams per kg of resin), depending on the application and performance requirements.
  • Adjustments may be required depending on the mineral fillers, pigments, or other additives present.

Instructions for Use

  • Verify that the dosage does not cause excessive lubrication, which may impair mechanical properties or finish.
  • In transparent polymers, high dosages may create haze or a cloudy effect.
  • Store in a dry, cool, tightly closed place to avoid moisture or contamination.
