Lubiwax is a blend of polyethylene waxes used as an internal lubricant in plastics.
What is it used for?
- It reduces friction between the resin and machinery.
- It improves plastic flow, especially when pigments or mineral fillers are present.
- It facilitates the release of molded parts.
- It improves the final surface finish.
Caution
Do not use it in rigid or flexible PVC. It may cause chlorine release, which affects material stability.
