5. Evaluate and decide
Compare appearance, dispersion, processing behavior, and part requirements against the initial acceptance criteria. When a change is needed, alter one controlled variable per trial.
- Do not apply one generic dosage to every part.
- It can change shrinkage, weight, finish, and mechanical properties.
- It is not proposed for translucent PVC compounds.
