MB-105 is not a color masterbatch. It is added to polyethylene film when the project needs to adjust slip and bag-opening behavior.

Where it may fit

  • General-purpose bags
  • LDPE blown or cast film
  • LLDPE blown or cast film

Documented resins and processes

Published compatibility is a starting point, not automatic approval of the finished part.

Resins

  • Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)
  • Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE)

Processes

  • Film extrusion

What the formulation contributes

  • Supports easier bag opening
  • Pellet format for cleaner incorporation
  • Documented dosage for LDPE and LLDPE

Before selecting the grade

Define the resin, process, wall thickness, target appearance, and acceptance method. A sample in a different material does not replace a production-representative trial.

Limits to respect:
  • Do not extend its use to injection molding, blow molding, HDPE, PP, or PET.
  • It provides medium transparency; validate when clarity is critical.
  • This grade is not formulated with FDA-approved materials.
