What is MB-120 Blanco Shalom?
MB-120 adds white color to virgin or recycled resin. Selection should account for opacity, wall thickness, and the color of the base material.
Which resins can be evaluated?
Published information lists: High-density polyethylene (HDPE); Low-density polyethylene (LDPE); Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE); Polypropylene (PP); General-purpose and impact polystyrene; Rigid and flexible PVC compounds; Solid TPU; EVA. Final compatibility must be confirmed in the actual formulation.
Which processes are documented?
Cold-runner injection molding; Extrusion; Blow molding; Hot runners only after evaluation.
Which temperature reference should be used?
140–210 °C is the published reference range; always remain within the base resin's process window.
What dosage or incorporation method is recommended?
15 g/kg for injection molding with virgin resin; 15–20 g/kg for extrusion, blow molding, and recycled-resin applications.
Which limits should be reviewed before production?
Final opacity changes with wall thickness and base-resin color. Hot-runner processing requires prior evaluation. This grade is not formulated with FDA-approved materials.
