4. Run a controlled trial
- Stabilize the equipment with the base resin.

5. Evaluate and decide
Compare appearance, dispersion, processing behavior, and part requirements against the initial acceptance criteria. When a change is needed, alter one controlled variable per trial.
- Do not promise a fixed weight reduction without testing.
- Cell structure and finish change with temperature and residence time.
- Confirm that the process window activates the additive without degrading the resin.
